I don't agree w/z you. Sound effect card does play an important role but nowadays this device is cheap enough even the very good ones. So you should check the terminals of the recording lines. and the micophone if any. You may use a dual-terminal line to record, so the problem may be yielded in the other device.
是声卡的问题.换一个好的声卡吧
