简历中最好不要给出自己的个人情况,比如健康状况、是否有残疾、出生年月、婚姻情况、身高以及体重还有性别。另外爱好也不需要写出来。
国外很少有带这些信息的简历,因为这样的信息能够误导招聘者在未面试应聘者之前以简历为条件的筛选中抛开那些他不喜欢的个人情况的人,比如是女的就不要,是结婚的就不要,是80年以后的就不要,等等。这对于应聘者来说是一种歧视,应聘者可以追其法律责任。
而中国很多简历都要求写明个人情况,有的还要写清楚家庭关系之类,我觉得很不规范。尤其是如果你拿着这样的简历到外国公司应聘,人家会认为你很奇怪的。
